Spa Days are non refundable, If you need to change your booking, you can transfer to a later date, alter your package or hold your credit until you are able to re-book.

Inclusive 75 minute treatment slot will be automatically allocated per guest in the next available slot at the time of booking. Treatments start from 10.00am. Requests for specific times or treatments at the same time cannot be guaranteed. Treatment choice for each guest required at least 24hrs prior to arrival. When possible, treatment times will be confirmed prior to arrival. Inclusive lunch menu will be offered on the day Access to the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, cardiovascular gym, weights/resistance gym, squash courts and tennis courts from 10am - 6pm 3 Hour Destination Spa access will be either morning or afternoon and will be pre-allocated by our Spa Team subject to availability. Destination Spa includes: Foot Spa, Monsoon Shower, Aromatherapy Steam Room, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Tepidarium, Tranquillity Lounge, Outdoor Kilo Sauna, Outdoor Swimming pool ( weather permitting above15 degrees) Ardencote Spa is limited to a maximum of 12 guests per group, by prior arrangement.
